The Mozambican authorities have released a recent report on the impact of Cyclone Idai in the country, saying that the death toll now stands at 242.
The Environment Minister Celso Correia is quoted by the Reuters news agency as saying.
Bodies are now being found as the waters are receding in some flooded areas, Reuters adds.
